WHY CONSIDINE & CONSIDINE?
Life/Work Balance. We strive to limit our employees’ overtime to help them keep a life/work balance. We want you to be able to enjoy our beautiful San Diego weather and beaches, or mountains and miles of hiking trails. We typically work 40 hours outside of busy season and we limit busy season work schedules so they do not exceed 60 hours a week. We also offer both full-time and part-time positions.
Compensation & Benefits. We offer a competitive salary, three weeks of vacation plus sick time, pension benefits, health and dental insurance, disability insurance, and CPE and licensing reimbursement.
No Timesheets. Our engagements are fixed fee billing so our employees do not complete timesheets.
Opportunity. Our firm continues to grow allowing opportunities for advancement and promotion, as well as to work closely with partners and managers.
Variety. Our clients span across a variety of different industries allowing you the opportunity to work on multiple projects covering a wide range of industries and entity types.
Atmosphere. We are not your “stereotypical accountants”. We like to have fun and enjoy who we work with. This makes for a friendly work environment.

We host our annual office tour in late summer or early fall. The office tour is an opportunity to see the firm and meet the staff.
Shortly after our office tour we start conducting interviews on-campus, off-campus, and in-house depending on the positions available.
